Through 2018, we are transitioning our hospitals and medical offices to a new electronic medical records system called Epic. We encourage you to sign up for the MyChart patient portal.
Patient portals offer patients the convenience of managing their personal health care from anywhere at any time. Atlantic Health System provides several secure online environments for this purpose – MyChart, Atlantic Health Connect, Hackettstown Patient Portal and MyChilton.

This patient portal is a feature of our new, fully-connected electronic medical records system, Epic. It currently supports patients of Atlantic Medical Group physician practices, Chilton Medical Center and Overlook Medical Center.*
This patient portal is designed for patients of Morristown Medical Center, Overlook Medical Center, Newton Medical Center and Goryeb Children’s Hospital. Learn more >
To create an account, please email HMCportal@atlantichealth.org with the patient name, date of birth and phone number.
To pay your Hackettstown Medical Center bill, please call 1-844-201-3865 during the hours of 8:30am to 6:00pm on Mondays through Thursdays and 8:30am to 4:30pm on Fridays.
This patient portal is designed for patients of Chilton Medical Center, who visited our hospital for services prior to February 4, 2018. Learn more >
